Initiative for Peace and Women’s right in Africa (IPWRA) is a Non-Governmental Organization registered in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC/IT/NO 51351) on the 27th of March 2012 with its thematic areas of intervention including: girl child education, Women in peacebuilding and Women in politics. For the past 9 years the organization has impacted over 500 young girls through its schools outreach program and the production of quarterly newsletters for young girls and women.

These were the words of my guest and they really conveyed the message for the very first episode of My Mentor podcast.
Dr Chichi Menakaya is a Trauma expert, an Orthopedic Surgeon, a medical concierge consultant and a women empowerment expert. She has intervened in every facets of women's growth and spoke extensively on most of the health challenges we face from first menstrual experience to weak bones and menopause.
